Step 1
It is necessary to fill in two copies of an application for a passport. The application form can be downloaded from the FMS website. You can fill in the form with your own handwritten letters or type on a computer and print. The text should not contain corrections, errors. Otherwise, the application will be rejected.
Step 2
You will need one color photograph to issue a new generation passport. To obtain an old-style passport - 3 pieces.
Step 3
Receipt for payment of state duty. The amount of the state fee varies depending on the type of passport and the age of the applicant. For a new generation passport, it is 2500 rubles (for children under 14 years old - 1200). The state duty for issuing an old-style passport is 1000 rubles (for children under 14 years old - 300).
Step 4
Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
Step 5
Labor book or a certified copy (extract) of a work book for the last 10 years for non-working citizens or in the event that an application is submitted that is not certified at the place of work. You can certify a copy of the work book in the HR department or at a notary.
Step 6
Men between the ages of 18 and 27 years old will need to provide a military ID confirming the end of military service by conscription or marked "not eligible", "limited valid". Those who have not completed compulsory military service must provide a certificate from the military commissariat that at the moment they are not called up for service.
Step 7
For military personnel, it is necessary to provide a command permit issued in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation

Previous passport, if its validity has not expired.
