Having ordered tickets for transport, proceed to the search for places of stopping for the night and accommodation along your route. If you are not constrained in funds, book hotels, but if your financial capabilities are not great, you can consider the option of accommodation in hostels. They are cheaper than hotels, but the level of comfort is much lower. For Europe, the difference in prices between hotels and hostels averages 40 euros per day. Go to the websites of museums, restaurants or entertainment establishments you are interested in in order to know the schedule of their work, as well as correctly calculate the necessary expenses. If you are going abroad, find out if you need a visa to visit the planned country. If necessary, submit documents to the appropriate embassy or consulate. Most embassies need some time to process documents. Usually 10 days to two weeks.

When going on the road, try to take the minimum of things and pack them compactly. Do not forget that airlines have strict requirements for the weight of baggage and items that are allowed to be carried on board the aircraft.

When going to exotic countries, inquire about the necessary vaccinations. Make copies of documents and do not carry them with the originals. Inquire about the political and crime situation. Be sure to bring the minimum required first aid kit with you.
