Old Europe is already choking on the influx of foreigners who want to settle in her territory. But in recent years, despite a number of restrictions introduced, more and more Russians and residents of other CIS countries wish to move to EU countries. How do you get to Europe and stay there forever?

Step 1
Determine which country you would like to live in. Take this issue as seriously as possible and take into account the ethnic, climatic and economic factors of living in a particular state. Please note that not always what is allowed to a native European is allowed to a foreigner (or naturalized citizen). Study the legislation of this country.
Step 2
Take a tour package or by invitation on a study tour. The best way to get to know this country better is to travel by your own car. To do this, you will need a multiple-entry Schengen visa and an international driver's license, which can be obtained from the traffic police without exams.
Step 3
You must have lived in one of the European countries for at least 5 years (leaving it no more than 180 days a year) in order to obtain a residence permit.
Step 4
Buy property in this country. Of course, this does not give you any guarantees for obtaining a residence permit and citizenship, but you will be able to visit EU countries without restrictions.
Step 5
Sign a formal contract with a European employer to obtain a work permit. Without a formal agreement, you will be required to leave Europe in 90 days.
Step 6
Having signed a study agreement with one of the European universities, you can stay in the Schengen area during the entire period of study. In addition, you will have the opportunity to conclude a lucrative contract with a foreign employer and stay there until its expiration. If the term of study is 5 years, then at the end of your studies you will be able to receive a residence permit, and then, if you recommend yourself as a high-class specialist, and citizenship without any problems.
Step 7
Invest in the economy of the state that you have chosen a certain amount of money (up to € 2.000.000 in Austria), and you will be immediately offered to obtain a residence permit, and the procedure for obtaining citizenship will be greatly simplified.
Step 8
Get legally married to a citizen of the country that attracts you. This marriage must not be fictitious, otherwise you will be expelled from the Schengen zone for an indefinite period, and the marriage will be annulled.
Step 9
If you came to a European country at the invitation of relatives living abroad, then later you yourself will be able to move there according to the laws on family reunification in force in some countries (as, for example, in Germany).
