Some of the places where a salary certificate may be required include consulates and visa centers in a number of countries, which include it in the visa application package. At an enterprise where the personnel service is debugged, you just need to say that such a certificate is required and name the country. But it is often easier to compose it yourself and give it to the management for signature.
It is necessary
- - computer;
- - Printer;
- - letterhead;
- - the consent of the head of the organization to certify the document with his signature and seal.
Instructions
Step 1
Check with the consulate or visa center of the country you are interested in which information should be contained in the certificate. Often this data is available on the website of a diplomatic mission or center. But you can also call there.
Typically, the certificate should be on letterhead (it is better when indicating the details of the organization), certified by the company seal and signed by the head. It should also indicate from what time you have been working in the organization, what position you hold, what your monthly (and in some cases annual) earnings are.
You may also need to specify on what dates you are granted leave and when you must return to work.
Step 2
As a result, you should get a text similar to this:
“To the consulate…. in Moscow (or another city, according to the situation).
I hereby confirm that Vasily Ivanovich Pupkin has been working at LLC "Horns and Hooves" since 05.06.2010 and currently holds the position of a sales department with a fixed salary of 25,000 (twenty five thousand) rubles per month.
General Director (signature) Surname, I. O."
Don't forget to put the date as well. If the form provides a special field for it, go there. If not, under the signature of the head of the organization.
Step 3
Print this document on letterhead and give it to your CEO for signature. Also ask to certify the certificate with a stamp. Often you will have to contact the accounting department for this.
As a result, you will have a document in your hands that can be taken to the consulate or visa center.
