In order to fill out an application for obtaining a visa to Austria, it is not necessary to contact intermediaries. You can do it yourself, because the form itself contains tips in Russian.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the application form for obtaining a Schengen visa to Austria from the official website. Please note that the posted form does not allow you to enter and save information, so print the application and fill it in by hand in legible English or German.
Step 2
Complete questions 1-10 according to how this information (name, surname, place of birth) is recorded in your passport. If you were born before 1991, indicate Soviet Union or USSR as your place of birth. Write the address or previous surnames in Latin letters as they are heard. Place a dash in question 11.
Step 3
Indicate the details of your foreign passport in questions 12-16, you will find this information on the spread with a photo, and leave your contact information in question 17. Column in question 18 is filled out only by those who do not live in the territory of the state of which they are citizens.
Step 4
Provide information about your place of work and profession in questions 19 and 20, write the name in Latin letters, specify how the organizational and legal structure of the enterprise (OJSC, CJSC, etc.) is written.
Step 5
Complete questions 21-30 regarding your stay in Austria and previous travel to the Schengen countries. In question 31, write the address of the person at whose invitation you are traveling to Austria or the address of the hotel where you made your reservation. The 32nd question is filled only by persons who travel to Austria at the invitation of a resident organization. In question 33, put a tick in the necessary boxes, this question characterizes your financial situation and payment of expenses while traveling.
Step 6
Please provide details of relatives living in the European Union, if any, in questions 34 and 35.
Step 7
Date in two places - in question 36 and on the last page of the questionnaire. The same applies to the signature, it must correspond to the one in the passport, put it in question 37 and on the last page.
Step 8
Glue the photo on the first sheet of the questionnaire. Image requirements can be found on the website of the Austrian Embassy.
