Portugal is a member state of the Schengen Agreement. Therefore, to visit the country, citizens of the Russian Federation need a valid Schengen visa. You can get it yourself by applying with the necessary package of documents to the Consular Section of the Portuguese Embassy in Moscow.
It is necessary
- - passport valid for at least 3 months from the date of the end of the trip;
- - a photocopy of the spread of the passport;
- - a copy of the used passport (if you have Schengen visas);
- - 3 color photographs 3 X 4cm;
- - 2 visa application forms;
- - confirmation of hotel reservation;
- - round trip tickets (original or copy);
- - a health insurance policy valid in the European Union with coverage of at least 30,000 euros (original and copy);
- - a certificate from the employer;
- - confirmation of financial solvency;
- - payment of the consular fee.
Instructions
Step 1
First, fill out the form in 2 copies. You can do this on your computer by following the link https://www.spomir.ru/download/files/anketa_16.pdf or print and fill in by hand in block letters. The questionnaire must be in English, Portuguese or Russian (in this case, in Latin letters). After the questionnaires are ready, stick on them one photo at a time, and attach the third separately, writing on the back of your name and passport number
Step 2
The hotel confirmation must contain the names of the tourists, the hotel details and the reservation number. This can be a fax from the hotel confirming the prepayment or a printout from the sites of the booking systems (the document must have the site logo).
Step 3
If you are traveling by invitation, it must indicate the time and purpose of the trip, personal data and a photocopy of the passport (or residence permit) of the inviter, the address where you will be staying during the trip and guarantees that you will return home in time.
Step 4
The certificate from the place of work must be on the letterhead of the organization, it must indicate the length of service, position and salary. The validity of the certificate cannot exceed 30 days from the date of issue.
Step 5
Proof of financial soundness can be in the form of a bank statement, credit card statement, or traveller's checks. You will need an amount of money at the rate of 75 euros on the first day and 50 euros for each subsequent day per person.
Step 6
If you are an individual entrepreneur, attach a photocopy of the registration certificate of the individual entrepreneur and the original certificate of registration with the tax authority.
Step 7
Pensioners need to present a photocopy of the pension certificate, a sponsorship letter, a certificate from the place of work of a relative who finances the trip and a photocopy of the completed pages of the Russian passport. Non-working citizens must attach a bank statement or sponsorship letter, a certificate from the sponsor's employer and a photocopy of the Russian passport (completed pages).
Step 8
Schoolchildren and students will need an original and a copy of a birth certificate, a certificate from an educational institution, a student card, a sponsorship letter, a certificate from the sponsor's place of work and a photocopy of the pages of the internal passport with personal data.
Step 9
Children must attach a birth certificate (original and copy) to the main package of documents, 2 questionnaires signed by a parent.
Step 10
If the child travels with one of the parents or with third parties, it is necessary to attach the original notarized permission to leave from the parent (s) and a photocopy of his (their) internal passport. If the parents have different surnames, the original and a photocopy of the marriage certificate will be required. If one of the parents is absent, a certificate from the competent authorities (police, etc.) is required.
Step 11
