Owners or owners of vehicles are required to draw up primary accounting documents confirming the provision of services in the field of transport. For these purposes, the forms of waybills have been developed and approved, which are subject to registration in the corresponding journal.
Instructions
Step 1
The legislation established a unified form of the register of the movement of waybills No. 8, which provides an opportunity for organizations and individual entrepreneurs to control the process of their issuance and return. The forms of primary documentation, which are developed and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, are used by organizations and individual entrepreneurs without fail. The specified form is put into effect by order of the head.
Step 2
Place the following information on the cover of the waybill register: name of the organization / individual entrepreneur, OGRN, OKPO code, OKUD code, name "Travel Register", indicate the period of registration. Seal the back of the magazine with the seal and signature of the head.
Step 3
Draw up the sheets of the magazine in a uniform form, in the form of tables from the columns with the following names: waybill number, vehicle brand, state number, full name. driver, date of departure / arrival, speedometer readings, measures taken. Please fill in each box properly and disclose the information stated in its title.
Step 4
Indicate in the journal the persons responsible for its maintenance and correctness of registration. These persons, in order to confirm the powers assigned to them, must sign in the appropriate column.
Step 5
Register waybills in the journal, regardless of how long they were issued. If the waybill is valid for an extended period, indicate this in a note.
Step 6
The logbook of the movement of waybills, if properly executed, will be a source of information in matters of control over the driver's work, the calculation of his wages and payments for the transportation carried out.
