To make a visa to Korea, you must provide a certain package of documents to the country's embassy. In addition, a confirmed invitation from a travel agency or private / business person residing in Korea is required.

Step 1
When people talk about getting a visa to Korea, they usually talk about South Korea. Entry into North Korea is currently only allowed for persons in officially organized groups.
Step 2
You can make a visa to Korea in two ways: personally visit the embassy of the country or use the services of a visa agency. Short-term and long-term visas are issued. The former are divided into tourist (up to 30 days) and guest (from 30 to 90 days).
Step 3
To obtain a tourist visa, you need to present an invitation from a tourist operator, as well as a detailed program of stay in the country. A visitor visa is issued by invitation from the host, i.e. the person in charge of your private visit. In addition, the invitation must be accompanied by a certificate of payment of tax amounts for the annual period and a copy of the passport.
Step 4
Before visiting the Korean embassy or agency, make sure that your passport will not expire less than 6 months after you return. Take two color photographs measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
Step 5
Get a certificate from the place of work on letterhead with a stamp. It should indicate your position, salary, work experience. It is also advisable to record that during the trip you received a vacation paid by the organization. If you are not working, please provide your bank statement, if available.
Step 6
Make a copy of your pension certificate if you are a retired person. If you are studying at the institute, then the certificate must be taken from the place of study. For children, a paper from school, a copy of a birth certificate and a notarized permission to leave a child of one or two parents who do not accompany him are required.
Step 7
Once you have prepared the package of documents, fill out the visa application form. It can be downloaded from the Internet or taken from the embassy. It is advisable to take out a health insurance policy after obtaining a visa in order to save yourself from unnecessary fears.
