If you decide to visit South Korea, you will need a visa. Those tourists who have visited the country at least 4 times in the past two years or at least 10 times in total are eligible for visa-free entry. Visa-free entry means staying in Korea for no more than 30 days. If you are going to Jeju Island, you will not need a visa. All citizens of the Russian Federation have the right to stay on the island without her for 30 days. However, entry into the territory of other regions of the country in this case will be prohibited.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to fill out a visa application form. It must be in English or Korean and signed personally by the applicant.
Step 2
Then you need to prepare documents:
- passport, which is valid for at least 6 months at the time of submission of documents to the embassy;
- a copy of the spread of the passport;
- a copy of the used passport, if it contains visas of the Schengen countries, Japan, Australia, Canada or the USA;
- a recently taken color photograph 3, 5 X 4, 5 cm on a light background;
- hotel reservation or original invitation;
- round trip tickets;
- a certificate from the employer indicating the position, salary and length of work in this company;
- program of stay in the country, scheduled by day.
Step 3
If you are traveling to the country at the invitation of relatives, it must contain the necessary information. These are the applicant's personal data, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, degree of relationship, dates and purpose of the trip, place of residence of the applicant during his stay in the country. In addition, you must attach a copy of the inviting person's identity card, a certificate of payment of all taxes for the past year, a letter of guarantee from the employer and documents confirming family or kinship relations.
Step 4
Students must attach a certificate from their educational institution.
Step 5
For pensioners - a copy of the pension certificate.
Step 6
Non-working women will need a copy of a marriage certificate and a sponsorship letter from a spouse, or a copy of a certificate of ownership of real estate, a vehicle, or a bank statement.
Step 7
If the child is traveling with one of the parents, the original and a copy of the notarized consent from the other parent will be required. If the child is traveling with an accompanying person, a notarized permission will be required from both parents.
