In the period from April 1 to October 31, the Republic of Croatia abolishes the visa regime for citizens of Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. The rest of the time you need to obtain a visa to enter the country.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a copy of the first page of your internal passport. Also, make copies of all open Schengen visas.
Step 2
Take a photo in the salon. The size of the photo should be 3, 5 by 4, 5 cm. A total of 1 photo is needed.
Step 3
Print your visa application form. The application form can be found on the website www.ru.mfa.hr. The questionnaire is prepared in three languages - Croatian, English and French. Use translators. Fill out the form in Russian in block letters in one copy. Paste the photo into the special window in the upper left corner of the first page
Step 4
Buy plane or train tickets.
Step 5
Contact the accounting department or HR department of the organization where you work with a request to provide you with a certificate indicating your position and salary.
Step 6
Take a certificate from the bank where you have an account, indicating the date of opening the account and the amount of funds on it.
Step 7
Get an insurance policy for those traveling abroad. Remember that the minimum insured amount of the insurance contract must be at least 30,000 euros, and the validity period corresponds to the period of stay in the Republic of Croatia according to the information on the tickets.
Step 8
Receive the original voucher for the hotel reservation you will be staying at. If you are traveling to a specific person, you will need a letter of guarantee certified by a notary from an individual residing in Croatia. In case of a business visit, a letter of guarantee from the local organization is required.
Step 9
Submit all collected documents and a valid foreign passport to the visa department of the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia. Pay the visa fee. For urgent visas, it is 71 euros, for registration in the general order, 36 euros. Attach the receipt of payment to the documents. An urgent visa is issued within three working days, a regular one within two weeks.
