In order to obtain a visa to Switzerland, contact the visa department in person. If you drive your own car, then you must have an international driver's license and its copy, a copy of the registration certificate and a "green card".
Instructions
Step 1
Fill out the form (German, French, English or Italian is fine) and sign it. Take with you a passport valid for more than three months from the date you leave Switzerland.
Step 2
Prepare one passport-sized photograph, the photograph must be fresh and undamaged. Please provide copies of all valid visas.
Step 3
Prepare a document confirming that you have booked a hotel or apartment, as well as made an advance payment for the temporary place to stay provided to you.
Step 4
Attach the salary certificate that you received in the last three months. The certificate must be translated into the state language of Switzerland (any of them) or into English.
Step 5
Take a copy of the work book (first and last page with the specified place of work).
Step 6
You must have a bank statement covering the last three months or traveler's checks plus copies of them in the equivalent of CHF 100 per person per day. You can use another proof that you have sufficient funds to live in Switzerland.
Step 7
Make a prepayment for your flight or get a printout of the e-ticket with the set dates for the round trip. Moreover, you need both the original and the copy. Pay your visa receipt.
Step 8
A visitor visa is issued for a period of stay up to 90 days. The conditions for obtaining a visa are almost the same. If you are traveling to Switzerland for the first time, please fill out the Declaration of Financial Responsibility.
Step 9
To obtain a business visa to Switzerland, you must add the original letter of invitation from the representatives of the company in Switzerland to the above documents. The invitation must clearly state your name, surname, date of birth, purpose and duration of the trip, as well as how many times you have entered Switzerland.
