Step 1

The first step is to make sure that your passport will be valid for at least three months from the date of your return from travel.

If you are traveling with a child alone, you will need to attach a power of attorney from you, your spouse and a copy of the spread of his (her) internal passport.

If the child travels with an accompanying person, an original and a copy of the notarized power of attorney from both parents, copies of their internal passports and written confirmation of the consent of the accompanying person will be required.
