When they discuss in numerous forums where you can go from Russia without a passport, for some reason they almost always forget to mention Kyrgyzstan. But in the former Soviet Republic there is a wonderful Lake Issyk-Kul, to which tourists from Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries come every year.
Instructions
Step 1
Beach vacation
Issyk-Kul will appeal to beach lovers, because almost the entire summer season is hot and sultry weather, which is conducive to swimming. Closer to mid-August, the water warms up to 23 degrees - quite a pleasant temperature for swimming. The equipped beaches of Issyk-Kul have everything for amateurs. These are water slides, riding on rubber "bananas" and jet skis, swimming on yachts and motor boats. One of the most exciting activities is parasailing - flying over the lake with a parachute attached to a boat. In the village of Bosteri there is a whole amusement park with roller coasters and a Ferris wheel.
Step 2
Diving in Issyk-Kul
Holidays in Issyk-Kul can become extreme if you include diving in your program. On one of the beaches in the village of Bosteri there is a diving club, where everyone can feel like a diving for two thousand soms. Experienced instructors tell you how to breathe properly underwater, how to show the signs "everything is fine", "I need to get to the surface" and so on. At the bottom of Issyk-Kul there are no outlandish shells or beautiful colorful fish, but if you are interested in the very principle of being underwater with scuba diving, you will certainly be taught this.
Step 3
Excursion rest
In the vicinity of Issyk-Kul, there are many beautiful places where you can go on an excursion. For example, this is the Grigoriev Gorge. It is located near the city of Cholpan-Ata. Russian tourists will surely find similarities with the beauties of Gorny Altai - in the gorge there is clean mountain air, a mountain river, huge spruces. It is proposed to satisfy hunger in Kyrgyz yurts. Here, by the way, you can spend the night.
Another gorge that deserves attention is Jet-Oguz. It is located near the city of Karakol, in the floodplain of the Ala-Too River. Tour guides always lead tourists along the same path to the Kok-Zhaiyk waterfall. You have to walk a few kilometers uphill, so for those who are afraid of physical activity, Kyrgyz boys offer to get to the waterfall on horseback. Throughout the entire ascent, you will enjoy the most beautiful panorama of the gorge. Another local attraction is the Broken Heart rock, next to which lovers are always photographed.
