Sometimes situations arise that for one reason or another it is necessary for a person to get to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This can be absolutely any reason - a business trip, vacation, visiting relatives, etc. Before going on such a trip, you must have a visa to enter the territory of the specified republic.
Instructions
Step 1
It should be noted right away that not everyone needs a visa to enter Kazakhstan. Thus, the visa-free list includes citizens of the CIS countries, Mongolia and Turkey. All other citizens, that is, citizens of foreign countries, will have to obtain a visa. Today, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for several categories of visas, namely 13 (investor, diplomatic, transit, service, business, private, tourist, etc.).
Step 2
Write a letter of appeal to the foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, attaching the necessary documents (a valid passport, visa application form, one passport photo, an official invitation or a letter from the employer, indicating a business trip and guaranteeing financial support).
Step 3
Write the same letter of appeal to the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, attaching all the necessary documents (a valid passport, visa application form, one passport photo, an official invitation or a letter from the employer, indicating a business trip and guaranteeing financial support).
Step 4
When filling out the visa application, indicate the following data: full name, gender, date of birth and place of birth, passport registration number, when and by whom the document was issued and its validity period, nationality, citizenship, registration and permanent residence address, place of work and position, period, which you plan to be in Kazakhstan, the address of the place of stay, the purpose of entry, route and method of travel. Such a questionnaire is filled in according to a certain sample established by law, on a form that can be obtained at the points of contact.
Step 5
When applying for a visa to travel to Kazakhstan, pay attention to the validity of the passport. It must be valid for at least another 3 months after your scheduled return as indicated on your documents when applying for your visa.
