Bhutanese people are tall and healthy people. They are endowed with a good sense of humor and great looks. They all love dancing, wear the same national dress, consisting of a robe and a tied belt. The only difference between men's and women's robes is that women wear long robes, while men wear up to the knee.
In this country, there are no people who are too poor or too rich, everyone has a decent status, decent food and decently dressed. Mostly Bhutanese eat rice, which is served with various vegetables and spices. Bhutanese cuisine is very similar to Indian cuisine. They also love meat, beef and pork dishes. Hot spices such as chili are often used.
Residents of Bhutan are very hospitable, they value and cherish their traditions, guests of the state are treated to Tibetan tea. Residents of the state are fond of archery; there are a lot of sites for this activity on the territory of this country.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Bhutan, and since 2004, a complete ban on the sale of any tobacco products has been introduced. Also, any kind of religion, except Buddhism, is prohibited here. Since Bhutan is located among mountains and hills, it has only one airport, which is also surrounded by the highest mountain peaks.
