Perhaps the reader is aware of the existence of organizations that are not included in this list, but are more competent from his point of view.
Step 2
In order to be among the tourists, you must submit an application. The method of submission depends on the organizer: you will need to call by phone, send an e-mail or register in a special system. To obtain a special pass to the Exclusion Zone (it is guarded by the Security Service of Ukraine), you will be required to provide passport data and, possibly, additional information: citizenship, contact phone number, occupation, desired date of travel, etc. A trip to Chernobyl does not require insurance and a visa. The cost of an excursion for a Russian tourist is on average $ 100-130. If you are not traveling alone, but in a group, there may be discounts. Again, depending on the organizer.
Step 3
You can get to your destination in different ways. If you decide to run from Moscow, then you have at least four options. The first is by train, since about a dozen of them leave from the capital of Russia to the capital of Ukraine every day. The second - by plane from Sheremetyevo or Domodedovo. The third - by car, but keep in mind that you will not be allowed on your own transport further than the Dityatki checkpoint. And the fourth is to go by bus, independently or with the help of a tour operator: some of them offer this service.
