One way or another, the conditions for traveling to the country are the same for everyone. What should you do if you are planning to move permanently?
Step 2
First, it is worth remembering that the American authorities are not happy with someone who does not want to work and does not have positive references. It is also worth finding out how well you speak English, whether you have been to the United States before, and whether you have communicated with native speakers. All this is important: if you studied the language in its classical version, you are unlikely to join the conversation the first time.
Step 3
There are several reasons for obtaining a US visa. The main one is the presence of spouses or children - US citizens, sending you an invitation. If there are none, participation in the Green Card lottery remains. This card gives you and your family the right to move to America, but not so quickly. First, you will have to prove your financial solvency - to provide account data for several thousand dollars (at least). You must have money for rent, travel and food for almost six months, or an invitation to work. If there is one, the chances increase.

What if none of the above methods work? You can use other existing options: bride visa (granted for no more than 3 months), work visa (up to 3-6 years), business immigration, resettlement of refugees. Of course, every visa application must be documented and justified.
