Air travel is always stressful for the body, so you want to have at hand all the usual means that can alleviate unpleasant sensations, such as thermal water, for example.
Restrictions on the carriage of liquids
There are special restrictions on the carriage of liquids in the cabin for reasons of passenger safety. At the same time, such restrictions are common for all world airlines, therefore, they are valid on any flight, regardless of its direction and duration.
So, the basic rules for the carriage of liquids in the cabin provide that the volume of a bottle or other container in which this substance is transported should not exceed 100 milliliters. At the same time, in order to avoid problems during inspection for transportation, it is better to choose such containers on which the volume of the contents is clearly indicated. In addition, the transportation of larger containers in carry-on baggage is prohibited even if the entire available volume is not filled with liquid: for example, transporting body milk with a volume of about 50 milliliters in a bottle with a capacity of 200 milliliters will be prohibited, and the product will have to be thrown away during the inspection process.
All liquids with you, packed in appropriate containers, must be placed in a transparent bag, which will need to be shown to the border guard at the first request. In this case, the total volume of liquid contained in this bag should not exceed 1 liter.
Thermal water transportation
There are two exceptions to these rules, which are not subject to the requirement for a maximum content of 100 milliliters. In addition, they are not included in the total liter limit for liquids allowed in the cabin. We are talking about baby food in the case of a flight with a child and the transportation of medicines. However, in the latter case, it should be borne in mind that border guards may require a certificate from a doctor confirming the need to take this medication with them into the aircraft cabin.
However, it is clear that thermal water does not belong to either the first or the second category of exceptions. Therefore, this type of fluid is subject to the general rules for carriage in the cabin of an aircraft. Therefore, in case your skin does not tolerate long flights and dries up, requiring periodic moisturizing, it is worth making sure that your thermal water meets the requirements of carriers.
It is quite simple to do this: you just need to take a bottle with you, the capacity of which does not exceed 100 milliliters. At the same time, make sure that the volume of the bottle is clearly indicated on its surface, which will exclude the occurrence of controversial situations. Finally, the last thing to pay attention to is that the total volume of liquids that you intend to carry in your carry-on baggage, including thermal water, does not exceed 1 liter. If all these conditions are met, you will be able to take care of your skin with the help of thermal water without hindrance during the entire flight.
