Very often we happen to be abroad, but not everyone knows how to transport goods abroad, observing all the requirements of the law. For this reason, misunderstandings occur, and sometimes you even have to sacrifice your goods, leaving them at customs. This article talks about how to transport goods abroad without prejudice to yourself.

Step 1
You should be aware that all procedures for exporting goods abroad are almost the same as for importing, however, they are performed in a slightly different sequence.
Step 2
If you carry out foreign trade in goods that you intend to export, and they are subject to licensing, then you need to obtain licenses for these types of goods. If there is no license, the goods will not be allowed to cross the border.
Step 3
Cannot leave the country and those goods that are prohibited by law for export. Such goods include animals and plants that are included in the Red Book, as well as the country's historical and cultural heritage and some other types of goods. The legislation also provides for export restrictions for certain groups of goods.
Step 4
If your goods can be exported, and they do not fall under any of the list of restrictions, then you can safely proceed to filling out the customs declaration.
Step 5
Determine the customs regime for the application (export, temporary export abroad, re-export or processing outside the customs territory).
Step 6
Determine what documents need to be presented along with the customs declaration, as well as how they are filled in (this can be seen at the corresponding customs booth). Find out how much customs payments you will have to budget. Start filling out the declaration.
Step 7
In the declaration, which is submitted for the purpose of exporting goods abroad, you should indicate all information about the goods, the declared customs regime, customs payments, available documents, as well as personal information about the declarant, that is, your passport data.
Step 8
If you already have a completed declaration and a package of required documents in your hands, which are provided in the form of originals or certified copies, then you can safely proceed to the procedure for registering goods for their export abroad.
