Check for debt obligations yourself. Check all utility bills, driver fines, tax deductions. If there is even the slightest debt, pay immediately.

Contact your local government bailiffs. In each city there is a bailiff on duty who will prompt information on existing debts at any time. In some branches, you even have the opportunity on the spot to pay off both the entire debt and some part of the debt.
Step 3
The instant repayment of all financial obligations does not yet give the right to remove the travel restriction from you. It is necessary to wait until the end of the enforcement proceedings, after which the documents confirming the lifting of the temporary travel restriction will be transferred to the border and migration service of the Russian Federation.
Step 4
If you have a travel restriction, you were required to notify you in writing. Remember, a copy of this decree is sent to the addressee by certified mail.
Step 5
It is worth considering that debt obligations can become a reason for refusal to obtain a foreign passport.
Step 6
Remember, the amount and type of debt does not matter. Federal law restricts the rights of citizens who evade the fulfillment of financial obligations to travel outside the Russian Federation.
