Singapore is deservedly considered a unique, amazing country. In this small state, several cultures, languages and religions are intertwined. In order to travel to Singapore, you will need to apply for a visa.
Instructions
Step 1
To obtain such a visa, submit the following documents to the consular section of the Singapore Embassy in Moscow:
- passport valid for at least six months after the end of the trip;
- two questionnaires (samples are available on the embassy's website), completed in English and signed personally by the applicant;
- two identical black-and-white or color photographs 3x4 cm. The photographs must be no more than six months old at the time of submission of documents to the embassy.
For a tourist visa, it is also necessary to provide copies of round-trip air tickets or confirmation of booking for them.
Step 2
To obtain a long-term visa, provide an invitation from a private person (it can be a citizen of Singapore or a foreign resident who permanently resides in Singapore and has a Green Card) of a company registered in Singapore. For a tourist visa, you need to confirm your hotel reservation in that country. In the latter case, you need a fax, printout from the Internet or the original. Such a visa entitles its holder to only one entry into the country.
Step 3
If you are planning to travel to Singapore with children, copies of birth certificates will be required. Such a visa is opened free of charge. In the case of traveling with a child and accompanied by one of the parents, a power of attorney from the other parent is not required. If the child travels accompanied by a third person, provide a notarized consent for the departure of a minor citizen. Children who already have their own passports submit a full package of documents, just like adults.
Step 4
In most cases, the consulate issues a multiple-entry visa valid for no more than 7 weeks from the date of issue.
Step 5
Prepare to pay $ 15 consular fee. Cash payment is made on the spot at the time of submission of documents.
