Step 1
Apply to the Immigration Office for a temporary permit. In doing so, you must prove that you have a permanent income outside the island. In this case, you will receive a residence permit in Cyprus for 6 months or one year. This status is renewed annually. The only condition is the availability of real estate worth at least 300,000 euros. Step 2
Invest your own funds in the Cyprus economy by transferring at least 17 million euros to the account of any bank. Or open an office of an international company that has been successfully operating for five years, provided that its activities do not negatively affect the country's economy and at least one local resident will be an employee. If you introduce innovative technologies in Cyprus or create research centers, then your chances of obtaining a residence permit will increase significantly.
Step 3
Get legally married to a Cypriot. An application for citizenship can be submitted no earlier than 3 years of residence on the island. Please note that a fictitious marriage will not be taken into account. The Immigration Service will definitely require proof of the reality of cohabitation and marital relations. You can also count on a residence permit or citizenship if you have one or two parents who are citizens of the island.

Obtain a residence permit if you come to Cyprus to work under a contract and your employer is Cypriot. At the same time, it is necessary to prove that the jobs of the inhabitants of the country will not be affected.
