Vacation or business trip - it doesn't matter, in any case you will have to pack your bag, backpack or suitcases. Competently getting ready to take into account everything you need, you also need to be able to. The main thing is not to postpone fees until the last moment.
Rule one - determine everything you need
In no case should you gather in a hurry on the last day. You need to start the collection process about a week in advance. To begin with, it is important to determine what exactly you may need on the trip and make a detailed list of things, divided into four sections:
- documents, money, valuables; - clothes and footwear; - hygiene products, cosmetics and first aid kit; - equipment and accessories to it.
It is also important to think about the suitcase, to choose it correctly. Best for any trip, a suitcase on wheels will do. Regardless of the season, you should not overload yourself - only the most necessary!
Rule two - correctly pack your suitcase
It is important to assess the forces objectively. You should not overload yourself, but remembering that you will also have to take back souvenirs will not hurt. That is why it is also necessary to pack things in a suitcase competently.
First of all, things must be laid out in separate piles:
- hygiene products; - linen; - lighter things; - warm and heavy things; - first aid kit;
Technique (cameras, tablets, laptop, etc.)
At the very bottom of the suitcase, you should fold your shoes and bulky items to help determine the center of gravity. On top you can put things that do not wrinkle, do not break or break. The voids of the suitcase must be carefully filled. Next, put the rest of the clothes.
It is better to store medicines, hygiene products and documents in a bag that will always be on the shoulder, since all of the above items may be needed at any time.
It is best to put your camera, tablet and other equipment in the middle of the suitcase, between soft things. Glass items, for example, perfume, should first be wrapped in something soft and put in a small separate bag, and then in a suitcase.
Rule three - pass the travel time
The trips are different, as is the travel time. To pass the time on the road, you can take with you a book or a collection of crosswords, chess or cards, a player or tablet. In short, everything that will help you relax and spend time with maximum comfort.
You also need to think about the fact that during the move or flight you will want to eat. You can and should take food with you, only they should not be perishable.
Rule four - look around
Before leaving home, look around. Remember that you need to check everything! Windows must be closed, appliances unplugged. Alarm (if any) - enabled.
