In cities, the opening of the bathing season is an event for which they are preparing for a long time. The administration and, in particular, the departments for the development of the city economy annually in the off-season hold competitions for the maintenance of places for recreation and swimming in the summer. The winner of the competition is putting things in order on specially designated beaches, so that after the signing of the corresponding decree of the mayor of the city, officially open the bathing season.
Instructions
Step 1
Until the official announcement of the opening of the swimming season in the designated reservoirs, it is prohibited to swim. Before this, rescue teams must carry out diving operations in the waters of the beaches and clear the bottom of broken glass, sharp stones, debris and other dangerous objects. If you can’t wait to get into the water before it’s allowed, you risk cutting your foot or hitting something flooded. So take your time and wait for the opening of the swimming season.
Step 2
You can also start preparing in advance. Get your swimwear in the latest color for the season. Choose a style so that figure flaws are not very visible. You will also need a hat, sundress and beach slippers. Get sunscreen from your drug store or beauty supply store. These creams can be chosen for body and face. In the first days after the opening of the beach season, you will need products with the maximum degree of protection.
Step 3
In specialized shops selling spa goods, there are beach bags for sale, roomy and beautiful. You can purchase a convertible bag that folds out like a bedding. If such a bag is not available, take care of a beach towel, which should be large enough to fit comfortably on it.
Step 4
When you come to the beach for the first time since winter, choose a shaded area with a sun lounger. In the first day or two, it is better not to sit in the sun or sit for a short time - 15-20 minutes. This will be quite enough for the tan to "grab" and the skin begins to darken without burning or reddening. Increase your time in the sun gradually, staying 5-10 minutes longer every day.
Step 5
Enter the water carefully, especially if it is muddy - suddenly the shore was not cleaned very thoroughly. If you are unsteady on the water, do not swim behind the buoys and try to stay within the line of sight of the rescuers. After bathing, reapply the protective cream on your face and body. Be careful, and by opening the swimming season, you will only get pleasure from relaxing on the beach.
