Step 1
To obtain a foreign passport through the Portal of Public Services, you need to access the Portal through registration. To do this, you need any electronic device - tablet, phone, laptop - with Internet access. After registering on the Portal, you can start filling out an electronic application.
Step 2
Applying for a foreign passport involves the provision of a number of documents.
1. Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
2. Labor book
3. A valid international passport (if any)
4. Birth certificate of children (subject to the registration of an old passport)
Step 3
After submitting an electronic application, the inscription "Application accepted" will appear. Next, you should select the department to which you need to provide the originals of the documents, pay the state fee and pick up the finished passport.
Step 4
There are two ways to pay the state fee. In the first case, after accepting an application for a foreign passport, an electronic invoice for payment will be sent to your personal account. Payment of state fees through the Portal is 30% lower. Payment can be made in any convenient way. In the second case, you can pay in person when you issue a passport in a specialized body.
The amount of the state fee depends on the type of passport. The state duty for an old-style passport is 1400 rubles, for a new one - 2450 rubles.
