Step 1
On the main page of the Russian Railways website, on the left, there is a form for finding travel options.
Enter the departure and arrival stations in it and select the date of the trip.
The search result will give you all direct message options for the date of interest and information on the number of seats and types of cars in each train.
For more information, click on the link next to the specific train number. In response, the system will return information about the types and numbers of cars, the cost of travel and the number of upper and lower seats in each.
Step 2
You can find out about the availability of seats through the terminal using the touch menu on its screen. For the most complete information, it is better to choose the "Schedule" option. In this case, you will be able to get a picture of each option by selecting it and pressing the "Availability and fare" button at the top of the menu. But you can choose and immediately the availability of seats, and then go to the schedule.
Set the parameters of the trip: start and end point, departure date. If you do not want to set the departure time interval, but are interested in all trains during the day, select the "Does not matter" button.
Step 3
