The ability to check an e-ticket depends on the direction of the flight. Tickets within Russia and the CIS can be checked in the domestic Sirena reservation system, for international flights and between foreign airports - in the worldwide AMADEUS system. The passenger is required to enter the order number and surname.

Instructions
Step 1
On the site of the Sirena system, follow the link "Your order".
You will see fields for the order number and last name. The order number is contained in your itinerary receipt. The surname must also be entered in the same register as in this document. If in the itinerary receipt it is typed in capital letters, and you enter only the first capital letter, and the rest in small letters, the system will not recognize it.
After completing the data entry, click on the "Show information" button.
Step 2
To see the itinerary receipt, you need to enter your personal account on the website where you purchased the ticket. Usually these documents are available in the section about sales orders (“My orders” or another name).
From there, you can copy the itinerary receipt number, rewrite it or print the document.
Step 3
On the main page of the AMADEUS system, the search form is located at the top of it under the heading New trip. In the left field, enter the order number, in the right - the surname in Latin letters in the same way as it is written in the itinerary receipt and click on the arrow on the right.
