And even now, you won't have to make any special efforts to stumble upon a similar riddle in any corner of the planet.

1. The sensational Stonehenge, located in England. There is hardly a person who has not heard of him. It is a stone structure that forms a circle along which there are 56 burial holes. The tallest surviving stone is over seven meters high. There is an opinion that these are only echoes of a previously existing majestic structure. 2. Egypt is full of such riddles. One of them is represented by a majestic monument - the Sphinx. It is made from a single piece of one monolith. Neither one nor the other is still not known for certain, but there are suggestions that he played an exclusively symbolic role of a kind of "guard".
3. The Georgia Tablet Monument is one of the most controversial. Since no one knows its specific purpose, various theories and conjectures have divided people into several groups. Some consider them to be a guide to survival after a cataclysm that occurred many years ago, and some desecrate it, believing that it carries an unkind meaning.
4. Near the coast of Chile, you can find an island that was previously green and prosperous. However, now it is not particularly famous for its vegetation, and its mystery is represented by the Moai monuments. These monuments are of enormous weight and suggest that it took most of the trees to be cut down to create a kind of sled, to transport them to various parts of Easter Island. 394 of the 887 that existed before have survived to this day. The largest of them reaches 9 meters in height and weighs more than 70 tons. Most likely, they were made in order to capture the first inhabitants of the island and the existing gods. How they were built remains a mystery.
5. Near the settlement of Machu Picchu, you can find the stone structure Saksayuman. This is a magnificent historical monument. It has the characteristic features inherent in the construction style of the Indians - stones are incredibly huge, and the density of their closure is so precise that even the thinnest sheet will not pass through them. Presumably it served as a fortress. However, no theories have yet been put forward as to how Saksayuman was built.
