A little over 400 years ago, on an island located at the intersection of the North American rivers of St. Lawrence and Ottawa, the local Iroquois Indian tribe organized settlements. And then Europeans arrived here and founded their village, called Ville-Marie (the mountain that stood on the island was christened Mont-Roal). This marked the beginning of the history of the second largest Canadian city of Montreal.
Today it is a modern metropolis with huge skyscrapers and highways. And at the same time an important historical center not only of the country, but of the entire continent. And also an amazingly interesting place, a trip to which will become an unforgettable and very informative adventure.

Those wishing to see the world's masterpieces of the most famous artists of all times and peoples will not be able to pass by the Gallery of Reproduction Art. Nature lovers will find many interesting things in the Biodome, which is a research center and eco-zoo, the Botanical Gardens, where you can see the desert, French, Japanese and Chinese parks, the local insectarium, etc.
