And you shouldn't get too carried away with other types of mineral water. But it is simply necessary to walk through the building itself. The Gothic gallery has beautiful turrets and arches. And in its shape it resembles a keyhole. This is not surprising, because in the center of the gallery, under a glass bell, there is a key - the source of Narzan.
Historical and Local Lore Museum "Fortress"
If you want to learn more about the resort town of Kislovodsk, then you should definitely visit the local museum "Fortress". The permanent exhibition "City of the Sun and Narzan" will tell about the past and present of the city. Interesting archaeological finds, ancient weapons, clothing collections from different times, photographs and interiors - all this will grab attention for several hours. In addition, the museum has an exhibition "Natural resources of Kislovodsk" and others.
Castle of deceit and love
For lovers of mysterious places in the vicinity of Kislovodsk there is a natural monument - the rock "Castle of Treachery and Love". An ancient legend tells about its interesting name, in which the daughter of a local prince fell in love with a simple shepherd. Of course, a beautiful castle was built next to the rock, which now houses a hotel and a restaurant. There they will gladly tell you a legend and show you the places where the young man threw himself into the river and from which rock the girl's father crashed.
Mountain Ring
Not far from Kislovodsk there is another interesting natural attraction - the Ring Mountain. Its peculiarity is that a hole was formed on one of the spurs of the ridge under the influence of wind and water. Tourists, of course, fell in love with passing through this mountain, especially since it is not at all difficult to get to this mountain. If you decide to go through the mountain in order to gain health and strength, be extremely careful - landslides are not uncommon in this place.
Honey waterfalls
In the gorge of the local mountain river Alikonovka, you can see several beautiful waterfalls, caves, crevices. And the waterfalls are called honey because of the flowering honey herbs growing on the mountainside near the waterfalls. And although the waterfalls are located on the territory of Karachay-Cherkessia, they can be easily reached by a path from Kislovodsk. All 16 kilometers of the route will run through very beautiful places and with panoramic views of the mountains.
