The hiking trip is not limited to one day. Hiking tours last for weeks, during which there are both stops and crossings. During parking, camp is set up, which should be functional and mobile.

Step 1
In order to set up tents, you need to find a flat surface and clear it of bumps and debris. Tents, if there are several of them, are set up in a circle of the camp, in the center there is a canopy in which the "kitchen" is located.
Step 2
For hiking, you need to take light tourist tents that are easy to carry and quickly set up. These tents are not very functional, you can only sleep in them. The tents are assembled according to the attached diagram and fastened with ropes to the tree. Do not neglect the additional reinforcement of the fasteners - wind and rain may rise at night and tear off the tent. And running and installing it in the rain is a dubious pleasure.
Step 3
The canopy can be made of lightweight and compact polyethylene. Or take a ready-made tourist shed, which is attached to two trees with ropes. The kitchen is located under the canopy, which also serves as a gathering place. For an impromptu hearth, you can build a stove from logs and make a fire on the ground. It is safer to use a gas camping stove that runs on small gas cans. Such a tile fits into a suitcase and can be safely carried in a backpack.
Step 4
Set up your everyday life: hang a clothesline, tie a washbasin from a plastic bottle to a tree.
Step 5
Each group has a person who is responsible for something. Before starting the hike, a "doctor" is necessarily appointed - a person who takes with him all the necessary medicines and first aid equipment. “Kostrovoy” is responsible for making and maintaining the fire. Schedule of shifts in the "kitchen" is planned. This distribution will help you set up camp quickly without giving out additional directions. And, of course, there must be a senior of the group who makes all the important decisions regarding the route and everyday problems.
