Unfortunately, Photoshop is often used to deceive potential customers. This, among others, is the fault of the publishers of advertising brochures for tourists, in which hotel rooms and the surrounding landscape look much more attractive than in reality. Of course, a tourist who has paid for a comfortable life in a comfortable apartment falls into anger and disappointment when he finds himself in a dull tattered room.

Turkey, whose budget is largely dependent on the tourism business, has not been spared this problem: the owners of numerous hotels lure guests in by all means, preferring to pay for advertising rather than spend money on quality renovation of rooms. By law, the travel company must provide the client with accurate and complete information about the services and living conditions. If the actual conditions do not correspond to the declared ones, the deceived tourist has the right to demand monetary compensation or resettlement to another hotel.

This is exactly what a Turkish citizen did, who decided to relax in one of the hotels in Bodrum, seduced by beautiful photographs of his rooms. Already on the spot, the lady discovered that the hotel looks much worse than in the photo, and does not provide the promised services. The tourist turned to the tour operator and demanded to find her a more convenient place to stay. She had to pay 1000 lire for resettlement. Returning home, the lady sued the tour operator and demanded to return this thousand to her. The court took her side, recognizing that in fact the operator sold the defective goods to the client.

Now all deceived tourists can demand from agencies that provide false information about living conditions and services, compensation for moral and material harm. Photographs of rooms processed in Photoshop are also inaccurate information.
