Step 1
Foreign passport, which must contain a free page in order to paste the visa. If you have old passports that contain US, Canadian, UK or Schengen visas received over the past five years, then you can attach them in support of the application.

A printed confirmation that you have completed the DS-160 visa application form. The questionnaire is filled out on the website of the US Migration Service. You do not need to print it yourself.

Confirmation that the visa fee has been paid. If payment is made using a bank card, then this is done on the website of the Russian Standard Bank. After completing the payment, a receipt is sent to your e-mail, which contains the code by which you can sign up for an interview. If you pay the fee using cash, then you need to do this immediately before submitting documents at a VTB24 bank branch or at the Russian post office.
Step 4
Photo in electronic form. It must be uploaded to the consulate website when filling out the application form. You will have to bring another photo with you to the interview, taken in accordance with the requirements of the embassy. It is best to contact a photo studio whose employees are familiar with them.
Step 5
Certificate from work, which indicates the position, work experience and salary of the person, as well as the dates of his business trip or vacation. If you are an individual entrepreneur, then you need to bring copies of certificates of registration and registration with the tax service.

A certificate from the bank account, proving that the person is able to pay for their trip. Help must be up to date.
Step 7
Students must bring a certificate from the place of study, which confirms the fact of study at the indicated place. Pensioners must attach a copy of their pension certificate.
Step 8
Non-working people must bring documents confirming that they have a sponsor - a person who agrees to take all costs on himself. A sponsorship letter and all sponsor's financial documents are prepared. The sponsor must be a close relative of the applicant.
