A lot happens on the way, especially if you like adventure and you have chosen an extreme path. It is better to travel along such unusual routes not in splendid isolation, but in a company, preferably of three or four people: on the one hand, it is fun, on the other hand, someone will always help, especially if you fell into a pit.

Instructions

Step 1

Pits are different, everyone knows that. You can fall into a ditch, you can - into a hole dug by an excavator, you can get into such a crevice that it would be better to call it not a hole, but a cave. If you fall into a shallow hole, the only thing to consider here is the slope coverage. Sand, sticky clay can make it difficult to climb, and plant roots can serve as additional support.

Step 2

If you are stuck in a hole deeper, such that its depth exceeds your height, do not panic or extinguish. Turn on the logic and analyze the situation: again, what are the slopes of the pit, is there vegetation, stones, sticks and other debris in the pit. If the pit has solid slopes, slightly crumbling and not too steep, then you can try to run up the slope and grab the upper edge with your hands. If the pit is strewn with boulders, then you are in an even greater advantage: it is easier to climb them, and on occasion you can strengthen the pit slopes with them if they are unreliable.

Step 3

The worst option is if the pit is sandy. Then the slopes will constantly crumble on you, and you will have nothing to grab onto. It is good if the sand is wet and caked. It is more difficult if it is dry and loose. If the slopes of the pit are not too steep, the same boulders can save you. As heavy as they are, take one and dig it into the sand wall to create a step. Then take the second one, make a second such step out of it and step onto it. Then, carefully turning around, take the first one, and so on.

Step 4

There is one more, extreme way of getting out of the pit, if it is especially narrow and its slopes are stone. Put one foot against one wall, the other against the other and, gradually rearranging your legs, move upward. Of course, this method requires a lot of physical training, but without it, you would hardly have climbed into places where there are such dangerous pits.

Step 5

Of course, in order to get out of the pit, it is advisable to have some tools, equipment or just a good friend here, below, or there, above. Without this, it is best not to go on such dangerous journeys. And follow the elementary precautions and safety rules, and then the problem of saving yourself from the pit will not worry you.
