The issues of registration of transactions with land and, in particular, how to register land for agricultural purposes, are regulated by the Land Code of the Russian Federation and the law “On the turnover of agricultural land”. These legislative acts list the necessary documents that will confirm your right to a land share or agricultural plot. These issues are of particular interest to the residents of rural areas who have received the allocated land share in the common lands of this farm.

Instructions

Step 1

If you were a member of a collective farm or state farm and received a land share during their reorganization, it must be registered as property in order to dispose of it at your own discretion.

Step 2

In accordance with the legislation and the Government Decree "On the procedure for privatization and reorganization of enterprises and organizations of the agro-industrial complex", the main document that confirms your right to the allotted land share is the decree of the local administration confirming the fact of the privatization of agricultural land. It must be accompanied by a list of persons, members of the former joint farm, entitled to a share in its agricultural land. Get a copy of this order, which lists your name.

Step 3

Regardless of whether you have a Certificate of Ownership for a land share, which is issued in the land committee of your area, you are the owner of the land share. The land plot that is allocated to you can be inherited and reissued by a notary as soon as the court decides to recognize the ownership of this share for your heirs.

Step 4

You can dispose of this share even without special allocation, transferring its trust management, donating or selling to another participant in shared ownership - a farm or agricultural enterprise, which will be organized in this territory.

Step 5

In the event that you want to register real estate and allocate a specific land plot with the area specified in the resolution, you must determine its actual boundaries and agree on its location with other land share owners.

Step 6

Organize a general meeting of participants in shared ownership and approve the location of the site by its decision. Advertise in local media about the location and timing of the meeting. Quotas of those present and the minimum percentage of shareholders' votes required to make such a decision are established by regulations.

Step 7

If a decision has not been made, you can simply notify the remaining shareholders of the allocation of your share by publishing a message about this with the media or by sending notifications to them by mail. In the notice, indicate which plot, in what place and with what area you intend to allocate. Approval is deemed to have been received if no objections have been raised within a month after publication. Order a land survey, set the boundaries of the site and put it on the cadastral register.
