Butovo is considered one of the most remote areas of Moscow. Previously, it was really inconvenient to get here. But after the new metro stations were built, everything became simpler and getting to Butovo is no longer so difficult.

Step 1
Take the subway to the metro stations Skobelevskaya Ulitsa, Admiral Ushakov Boulevard, Gorchakova Street or Buninskaya Alleya. They are located very close to Yuzhnobutovskaya Street, Chechersky Prospect and Butovo Forest Park, which is well-known to all residents of the capital. All four metro stations can be reached on foot, and the journey will not take more than 10 minutes. And if you need to get to Novobutovskaya street, the travel time from the metro to it will be about 20 minutes.
Step 2
You can get to Butovo and, as they say, the old fashioned way. For example, get to the metro station "Bulvar Dmitriya Donskoy", and then take a minibus # 102 or bus # 101. The road from "Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard" to the destination will take about 15 minutes.
Step 3
There is an option to get to Butovo from the Yasenevo metro station. In this case, at the metro, you need to take buses # 101, 165, 202 or 710. The journey by bus will take about 20 minutes, if there are no big congestions and traffic jams.
Step 4
If you don't want to take a long metro ride, you can get off at the Annino metro station, take bus number 249 and after six stops be at the Admiral Ushakov Boulevard stop. A trip by ground transport to Butovo will take about 25 minutes, depending on the traffic congestion.
Step 5
There are several options for travel to Butovo by car. If you go there from the center of the capital, then it is enough to go to Varshavskoe highway, and after passing the Moscow ring road at one of the ramps turn to Starokachalovskaya street. From there it takes about five minutes to get to Novobutovskaya street.
Step 6
According to the second option, you need to move along the outer side of the Moscow Ring Road and turn 35 kilometers into Polyany Street. Then go straight ahead until the turn to Novobutovsky prospect. The road from MKAD to Novobutovsky prospect will take about 12 minutes, provided that there are no congestions.
