Even the best outdoor recreation can be spoiled by insects, in particular, mosquitoes. Their bites cause quite unpleasant consequences: itching, burning and redness of the skin.

Instructions

Step 1

The smoking coil is perfect for outdoor gatherings, as well as for indoor use where there is no electricity. The spiral consists of insecticides, which, when ignited, begin to emit an odor unpleasant for mosquitoes. However, the smell is harmful not only for insects, but also for people, therefore, the spiral can be set on fire only with open windows so that the room is well ventilated.

Step 2

A mosquito repellent fumigator will be less inconvenient when used indoors than a coil. The appliance, plugged into an outlet, holds a small cardboard plate soaked in insecticide. The smell of the heating plate spreads around the room and after 10-12 minutes begins to kill mosquitoes. The electric fumigator is designed for a room of about 12 square meters. If the area to be treated is larger, a second device can be used in parallel.

Step 3

Do not use mosquito repellents on exposed areas of the body. They are best applied to clothing and hair. If this option is not suitable, for example, you plan to sunbathe, give preference to repellent creams and lotions. However, do not rub the cream into the skin; for protection, it is enough to lubricate the open areas of the body with light movements. The repellents work for two to three hours, after which the procedure can be repeated.

Step 4

Clove oil is an excellent remedy for nightly mosquito control. Moisten a cotton pad with this solution, place it at the head of the bed and forget about annoying squeaks and bites. If you don't have oil on hand, you can use regular alcohol: mosquitoes can't stand the smell of it either. But alcohol evaporates much faster, so the effect will not be as long.

Step 5

You can scare off bloodsuckers from your home without the help of chemistry. To prevent mosquitoes from flying in, place several tomato seedlings on the windowsills. This smell will become an insurmountable barrier not only for mosquitoes, but also for flies.
