Kolchugino is a city in the Vladimir region. Its population is about 45 thousand people. It is located 74 kilometers from Vladimir, on the Peksha River, which is a tributary of the Klyazma River. In the 19th century, this city was a village founded in 1871 by the merchant Kolchugin, and has had the status of the city of Kolchugino since 1931.

In the second option, you need to take the Moscow - Kolchugino bus, which departs from a stop located near the Yaroslavsky railway station. You can also get to Kolchugino by car. There are two options for such a trip. In the first case, you must first drive onto the Gorkovskoe highway, drive through Reutov, Balashikha, Staraya Kupavna. And in the Noginsk area, follow the signs to the left and take a short drive onto the M7 “Volga” highway. After that, you need to move along the Elektrostalskoe highway, which, shortly before Kirzhach, will smoothly turn into the A108 highway. And right along the A108 highway the car will reach Kolchugino. The road in this case will take from 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours 40 minutes.

In the second option, by car, you should also go to Nizhegorodskoe highway, pass Reutov, Balashikha and Staraya Kupavna, and then taxi onto the M7 Volga highway. Then pass the settlements Pavlovsky Posad, Orekhovo-Zuevo, Pokrov, Petushki, and after Lakinsk turn towards the sign to Yuryev-Polsky. After 25 kilometers, leave to the left from Yuriev-Polsky and then continue straight ahead. In ten kilometers there will be an entrance to Kolchugino. In this case, the journey will take from 3 hours 20 minutes to 4 hours 10 minutes.
