The territory of Ukraine is distinguished by a wide variety of climate and landscape. There are mountains (relatively low), dense forests and steppes. Some places have long been famous for their healthy climate, healing mineral waters, and mud springs. Therefore, they are still used as resorts to this day.
Instructions
Step 1
Truskavets is considered a unique balneological resort in Ukraine. Since the first half of the 19th century, the small beautiful town of Truskavets, located in the picturesque foothills of the Eastern Carpathians, about 100 kilometers from Lviv, has acquired well-deserved fame. The cleanest air, beautiful landscapes, and most importantly - unique mineral water, the analogue of which has not yet been found on Earth - all this quickly created a well-deserved fame for Truskavets among tourists.
Step 2
The room where the first patients could take mineral baths was built back in 1827. Originally water from local sources was used only for external use. However, after the research of the Lviv doctor Teodor Torosevich, who discovered its unique properties, water from Truskvets mineral springs began to be used for oral administration. The local water is very useful in treating a number of diseases, especially the kidneys. With its regular use, stones disappear, inflammatory processes pass, and urine outflow normalizes. The unique properties of Truskavets mineral water are due to the fact that it comes into contact with oil, the sources of which are located in the Carpathian foothills. Therefore, it has a characteristic taste and smell. It is not surprising that this water was called "Naftusya", because "Nafta" means "oil" in Ukrainian.
Step 3
During the Soviet era, many thousands of people from all over the vast country came to Truskavets, suffering from kidney diseases, as well as diseases of the digestive, nervous, and endocrine systems. Now this resort is also very popular, although the former number of tourists no longer exists.
Step 4
Odessa mud springs are also very popular among tourists from different parts of the world. Odessa is known not only as a major seaport and trade center, but also as a resort. Near Odessa there is a large group of balneo-mud treatment complexes, among which the most famous are Kuyalnik, Khadzhibey, Luzanovka. For a long time, their healing mud has been successfully used to treat diseases of the nervous, cardiovascular, circulatory, genitourinary and endocrine systems. That is why many people come to these places, who want not only to have a good time, but also to "improve" their health. Also, many resorts are located on the Black Sea and Azov coasts, where you can have a good time even with small children.
