In this case, you get the opportunity to live in Germany for a certain period of time, observing certain conditions. Only then will you be able to apply for permanent residence. It is much easier to obtain a study visa than a work visa, which means that it is easier to leave for Germany from Russia using it.

Step 1
Select an educational institution. To do this, first decide which disciplines are closer to you, and search the Internet for universities that can give you the desired education. Make inquiries in search engines in German, this will increase the efficiency of your search. Study the websites of educational institutions and their offers to applicants. If you visit or live in Moscow, contact the German Academic Exchange Service. This organization of universities in Germany will provide you with all the necessary information about the country, scholarships and documents required for admission. Step 2
Get admission to study in Germany. The secondary education system in this country involves 13 years of study, which means that a school certificate will not be enough. Complete 2 more courses at a Russian university accredited by the Russian Ministry of Education. If you have a gold medal, complete only 1 course of a Russian university or complete 1 year of preparatory courses at a German university. At the end of your studies, take a qualification exam, as there are no entrance examinations for German universities.
Step 3
Document your financial situation. Open a blocked account and deposit € 7644 per year of study, as the official living wage in Germany today is € 637 per month. If you do not have such amounts, find a guarantor who will be able to provide financial guarantees for you. Your relative or any organization can act as a guarantor.
Step 4
Get a student visa. To do this, collect all the necessary documents: an invitation from the university (original or fax), medical insurance, blocked account, foreign and Russian passports. Check the list of documents at the German Embassy in Moscow and complete the visa application form.
Step 5
Learn German - on your own, in Russian courses or in preparatory courses at German universities. Pass TestDaF and receive the appropriate certificate.

Having on hand a student visa and an invitation from the university, buy a ticket to Germany and mentally prepare for life in Europe!
