If you go to Novy Afon in your car, after passing Sochi and Adler, follow to Vesely, where there is a new border checkpoint. The driver and passengers of the car go through customs inspection separately - the driver goes through it together with the car. Passengers need to go out, taking with them only Russian passports and birth certificates of children. The inspection time is usually limited to 10-15 minutes if there is no queue at the border. After passing the control, get into the car and set off along the former federal highway Sochi-Sukhum, it goes along the sea, and you will not get lost, especially since the signs on the highway have already been installed.
