1. First you need to purchase an Strelka card. This can be done at ticket offices at major stations (for example: Vykhino, Mytishchi, Railway, etc.). Cost - 200 rubles, 80 of which are the collateral value of the card, the remaining 120 can be spent on ground transportation.
2. Next, you need to issue the ticket you need at the box office or in the terminal. Of course, not all ticket offices are suitable, but only those located at large stations.
3. Now about the sad thing: about the pitfalls that I had to meet.
3.1. The first surprise was that I could not find the ticket I needed in the terminal. Although the memo to the map indicated that suburban tickets and season tickets are recorded in ticket machines and ticket offices. I needed a fairly popular Big Moscow subscription. The instructions on the Central Suburban Company website say that season tickets can be recorded, but only tickets for "Working Day", "Weekend" and "Daily" are mentioned. This ticket is listed on the website of the Moscow-Tver Suburban Passenger Company, but I don't go there. I had to go to the cashier.
3.2. The second absurdity is replenishment through an online bank. I have topped up the card via the Internet bank for an amount slightly higher than the cost of the subscription. Arriving at the ticket office, I asked to write down a ticket for me 'Big Moscow' and said that there was money on the card. To which he received the answer: the amount on the card can only be used to pay for travel on land transport.
3.3. The last difficulty arose when I wanted to pay by credit card. There was no terminal for non-cash payment at this cash desk, but I was lucky and there was such a device in the next window. They took my Strelka card and a bank card, after which they asked for my PIN code…. It was too late to retreat and I named it, although I consider this to be a flagrant violation of the security of cashless payments. My only excuse was that only the cashier and the elderly lady behind me in line heard me.
After that I became the proud owner of the Big Moscow subscription on the Strelka card.
P. S. Subsequently, with the help of a special girl who helps such inept people, I managed to pay for the Big Moscow subscription for the shooter's card in the terminal, and even with a bank card. To do this, as it turned out, you need to choose not your destination station, but the terminal station from the Moscow side (for example, Moscow-Yaroslavskaya).
