However, if you come on vacation with a small child, then all this will not be enough for him - the kids need entertainment. Fortunately, in Crimea, all conditions have been created for an exciting holiday with children, regardless of which part of the peninsula you are staying in.
Dolphinarium
At the moment, 9 dolphinariums operate on the territory of the Crimean peninsula, located in such large resort cities as Yalta, Sevastopol, Alushta, Koktebel, Evpatoria and Feodosia. In most of them, performances are held all year round. One performance lasts for an hour; in different dolphinariums the performance program has its own distinctive features. So, in the Yalta Dolphinarium you can swim with dolphins, take joint pictures and go boating. In Feodosia, in addition to dolphins, seals take part in the entertainment program, and the museum-aquarium contains almost all species of fish that live in the Black Sea.
If you come to Crimea with a child, be sure to visit the dolphinarium. Children watch with special delight how dolphins make jumps, perform complex spins, twist somersaults and sing.
Water parks
There are also no problems with the presence of water parks in Crimea - they are present in almost every popular resort. Today there are six of them: "Water World" (Sudak), "Almond Grove" (Alushta), "Zurbagan" (Sevastopol), "Banana Republic" (between Evpatoria and Saki), "Blue Bay" (Simeizu) and the largest in Crimea Koktebel water park.
All kinds of pools, water slides and attractions will not let children and adults get bored. It is best to plan a visit to the water park for the whole day, you can have lunch and dinner in local cafes (you cannot bring food with you). For a comfortable stay, the territories of the Crimean water parks are equipped with convenient parking lots, lockers for personal belongings, children's rooms with nannies and animators, hydromassage pools and tennis courts.
Yalta Zoo "Fairy Tale"
If you come to Crimea with a child on vacation, then you should definitely visit the only private zoo on the territory of the peninsula "Fairy Tale", located in Yalta. More than a million visitors who have visited this amazing place have taken with them positive emotions and unforgettable impressions.
The Yalta Zoo began its work as a small nursery for the treatment of sick animals, which were abandoned by other zoos. Today, a huge number of different animals live in the "Fairy Tale", among which you can meet a tigress awaiting replenishment this year.
To get to the Yalta Zoo, you need to drive 2 km from Yalta along the South Coast Highway, focusing on the large sign "Zoo" visible on the mountain. Admission to the "Fairy Tale" is paid: an adult ticket will cost 600 rubles, a child ticket - 300 rubles.
Park of lions "Taigan" in Belogorsk
Park "Taigan" is one of the world's largest wildlife nurseries, located in Belogorsk. It is a huge area (about 30 hectares), where wild animals roam. Visitors to the park can safely observe the life of predators living in natural conditions, while being in absolute safety. For spectators, special bridges are provided, which are installed at a safe height - under no circumstances animals will be able to reach them.
About six dozen tigers and lions of various breeds, as well as giraffes, ostriches, camels, pelicans, peacocks and many other representatives of the fauna, walk right under the feet of the park's visitors. In addition, there are many monkeys and rabbits in the nursery. Indescribable delight in children of all ages is caused by the crocodilarium and the children's zoo, where baby tiger cubs grow up in special conditions.
Special food for animals is sold at the entrance to the park: straws, nuts, mixtures for monkeys, squirrels and bears. For predators, food is sold separately. The ticket price for adults will cost 600 rubles, for children - 350 rubles. If during the excursion your child gets tired, you can continue your acquaintance with the inhabitants of the park on the children's train.
