Soon, the UAE capital will present an even more innovative product - floating villas with their own artificial reef, where seahorses will live. Such houses will float at a distance of 4 kilometers from the coast in the waters of the Persian Gulf. The cost of one such villa from the Kleindienst Group is approaching $ 3 million.

The floating villa will have three levels. The first floor with the master bedroom will be completely submerged, the second at sea level and the third floor with panoramic views of the bay. On the second floor there is a kitchen-living room, an open-air shower and a jacuzzi with a transparent bottom. Ideal for entertainment. And on the underwater level, floor-to-ceiling French windows from the master bedroom will offer unique views of the marine life of its own coral reef. The fact is that an artificial reef with an area of about 45 square meters with various marine life including seahorses will be connected to the lowest floor. There, underwater inhabitants can live and reproduce in complete safety.

The first stage of aqua houses will be built by the end of 2016. However, such dwellings were not designed for permanent residence, but only in order to spend the holidays there. To get to such a villa, you need to go by boat or fly by seaplane.
