If you decide to book a train or plane ticket from Saratov, then you can do this practically without leaving your home. However, you will need your personal presence to receive your ticket.

Step 1
Book a train or plane ticket on the website https://www.ufs-online.ru. Select the "Train Tickets" or "Flights" tab. On the next page, indicate the station or airport of departure (Saratov), and destination. Indicate the number of passengers. Select a departure date from the calendar. Do not forget that tickets for booking go on free sale (including via the Internet) only 45 days before departure.
Step 2
Click the Find button. On the next page, you will be offered a train schedule. Choose an option that is convenient for you in terms of departure and arrival times, as well as in terms of cost and level of comfort, and then the carriage and seat. Click the "Order" button. Fill out the form (name, passport number and series) and select a payment method (bank card, QIWI wallet, Webmoney, Yandex Money). Pay for the order. Be sure to register on this site. If you do not have time to do this an hour before the train leaves, the ticket will be returned to the ticket office, and the money will be credited to the account (minus a small commission).
Step 3
You can also order tickets by phone. For example, by calling 41-82-81 to the service center of JSC Russian Railways or JSC Aviatrans (73-45-99 - international air and railway ticket office; 41-05-71 - travel in Russia and the CIS) … You can find out the phone numbers of agencies of other companies (and there are a lot of them in Saratov) in the telephone directories.
Step 4
Tell the operator your departure date and destination. Check the departure times of trains and planes and choose the best one. You will be asked to indicate the number of passengers, the type of carriage or the class of the aircraft. If you have any benefits, be sure to say so to get discounts. Choose the appropriate option, dictate the passport details and full name of each passenger. Check the age of the children if you plan to take them with you on the trip (the final ticket price will depend on this).
Step 5
Answer the operator's question regarding the method and time of payment for the ticket. You can redeem it directly at the ticket office of the airport or train station, or use courier delivery services.
