If you are going to visit another country, but there are small errors for you, for example, you did not pay taxes, alimony, etc. and you doubt whether you will be given permission to leave, you should not immediately panic.
Instructions
Step 1
The fact of such non-payment should not in any way affect the permission to leave, if this has not been determined by the court or a case has not begun to consider them. First, you need to familiarize yourself with the Federal Law "On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation."
Step 2
In order not to doubt and find out whether restrictions are imposed on you in leaving the Russian Federation, contact all the bailiff services in the area, as well as the bailiffs service at the former place of registration and residence.
Make sure that in case of paying off fines, the necessary papers are sent to the bailiff service. Such a small misunderstanding can prevent you from obtaining an exit permit.
Step 3
If, however, you still have any non-payment, and the court has not been notified of this, and there are no corresponding papers, then you can freely offer to the border you will be offered to pay all fines on the spot. This does not mean at all that all papers will be filled out. Miser pays twice. When you pay the fines imposed by the court, take a certificate of repayment of non-payment from the same bailiff service. Be patient. Such a certificate will be issued for about a month.
Step 4
Many citizens are very worried about outstanding loans, which, after their departure, will be repaid, for example, by their relatives. Loans are your relationship with the bank, not with the court. In practice, non-compliance with agreements between a bank and an individual will never affect the procedure for permission to leave.
Having in your hands a certificate that your fines have been paid off (or you have no actual non-payment), you can safely go on a trip.
