Make a memo so as not to forget about the intricacies of rest in Tibet. Tibetan cuisine is quite distinctive, and dishes are sometimes prepared from ingredients that are not used in Russia. Try to eat only light food, as close as possible to your usual food. Just in case, take medicines with you for stomach pains and other troubles that may arise if you do eat something wrong. Do not take cigarettes and alcohol with you and try to stop using them before the trip.
