Despite the fact that Trieste is not distinguished by a large area and a large population, it is a significant city for Italy. Locals say that the buildings in the city are like fancy cakes.

In the vicinity of Trieste, there is the charming country palace of Miramare. The architect has combined the features of Gothic and Renaissance in the building, which makes this castle truly magical. Amazingly beautiful gardens are spread around it.
