Step 1
In order to see the real size of Feodosia, you need to climb one of the hills located within the city. For example, it could be Mount Mithridates. It offers a picturesque view of the entire city, especially in the evening. The streets of the city attract with beautiful vegetation. The places surrounding Feodosia are also gradually greening up. It is in the evening that the hills of the city, seaside streets, as well as the port area are filled with people. Before sunset, the entire space is filled with relaxing bliss. Vacationers watch the changing colors of the sky, watch the flight of swallows, admire the sea. Step 2
The sandy coast is in the northeast. Here you can see numerous sanatoriums and rest houses. The velvet beaches of Feodosia are a great place to relax. Although in the beach area there are also ravines overgrown with bushes. From the city you can see Cape Chauda - a geological natural monument. It is known for the abundance of shell fossils from very ancient times. One of the beaches of the Feodosiya Gulf: The Golden Beach consists entirely of ground shells. Its length is just over 15 km. The main advantage of the Feodosiya beaches is the flat, gently sloping bottom.

Earlier in Feodosia horticulture and viticulture were developed. However, after the Great Patriotic War, these industries began to decline due to the damage caused. Measures are still being taken to restore them. The shady Old Crimean forests adjoin Feodosia, which are rich in various tree species: Sudak and Alan pine, cedar, pistachio, almond trees, and walnuts. You can also find wild apple, pear, cherry plum. Mushrooms and berries also grow in forests during favorable seasons.
Step 4
An artificial green zone has been created around the city. It is dominated by conifers, as well as other trees and shrubs. The flora is really very rich. When visiting Feodosia, be sure to plan an excursion to the majestic massif of the ancient volcano Kara-Dag. This is one of the most beautiful mountain ranges of the entire Black Sea coast, consisting of many rocks. Scientists claim that there are several craters of extinct volcanoes here.
