Features of the resorts
Ayia Napa is deservedly considered the most youthful and fun resort place for the abundance of nightclubs and discos on the main street. The resort is even called "The Second Ibiza". By the way, Russian bars are very popular in Ayia Napa, for example, "Red Square".
Protaras is located next to Ayia Napa and is great for couples with children, thanks to the beaches with fine sand, the sea with a gentle entrance. The resort is much quieter than the neighboring "Second Ibiza", cozy and beautiful in its own way. Larnaca is a very simple resort for people with low incomes, couples with children and the elderly. The sea is shallow with a sandy bottom, the beaches are clean and with fine sand.
Limassol is a universal holiday destination for all categories of the population. Literally occupied by the Russians, for whom real estate here is like a summer cottage in the suburbs. Well suited for lovers of city parties. The city has three water parks, an amusement park, and many entertainment venues.
Paphos is a more relaxed resort, oriented towards couples without children and people who prefer a secluded getaway. The beaches are mostly pebbly with inconvenient entry and rocky cliffs, but the area is stunningly beautiful. Here is the famous bay of Aphrodite, from where, according to legend, the sea goddess of love emerged from the foam, which makes Paphos even more pretentious.
The best beaches with white fine sand are located in Ayia Napa and Protaras. The beach line of Nissi Beach is especially beautiful. By the way, maybe it is for this reason that all the beaches of the above-described resorts are municipal and sun loungers with umbrellas on them are paid.
